Context

Before building software, I spent years integrating existing tools: CRMs, task management, barcode scanning and data synchronization across systems.

What I learned

Integrating tools solves many problems — up to a point. Eventually the operation grows and the tools stop fitting together. That is when I understood the difference between connecting systems and building systems.

Evolution

This work taught me to look first at the process, then at the system and only then at the tool. Automation became a layer within larger architectures — not the solution itself.
